I help people find a career path that actually fits.

I’m Mishele, founder of BloomKey Career Consulting Services, providing virtual career coaching across BC, with in-person sessions available upon request in Surrey, Langley, White Rock, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities. I started BloomKey because I saw too many people fall through the cracks, individuals who don’t qualify for government-funded programs but still need professional, personalized career support.

I’m passionate about career exploration and helping people identify their strengths, build confidence, and uncover their potential. I specialize in supporting young adults and professionals who feel stuck, and those navigating anxiety, depression, or neurodiversity.
